Week two we'll focus on those hangry feelings, cravings and learn to manage our blood sugar through diet. You'll hear about the relationship between hormones and blood sugar and how to work toward choosing hormonal balance.



Digestive struggles?


In week three we'll learn about ideal digestion, what to do when things go awry (running to the potty at a party?) and how to supplement to support the body, especially in stressful seasons. We'll work through a mindful eating meditation together and work on your specific body's challenges that come up.



Stressed?


Finally in week three we will address all that stress. You'll learn what good stress and bad stress is. We'll look at management techniques including breathwork and have a little chat around detoxing our homes and personal care items and why that matters.
